Hello.  My name is Robyn Hamilton, I am a cake designer operating a small business out of Ferntree Gully, Victoria, Australia for over 20 years, with a special interest in designing wedding cakes to help make your day memorable.  I make and decorate celebration cakes for both local and interstate special occasions.

I have won many awards for my cakes throughout 30 years as a cake decorator, and offer both traditional and modern designs to suit the most discerning bride.

There are many cake publications available, to help and inspire your unique wedding cake.  I also have cakes on display for viewing, from a simple one tier design, to more elaborate tiered cakes.

Your wedding cake should co-ordinate with your invitations, venue, theme and flowers.  I specialise in delicate sugar flowers to suit any theme, incorporating foliage in life-like colours to provide a realistic interpretation of your bouquet.

Cakes can also be beautifully decorated without a flower on them, if you have a motif or theme that characterises your wedding.

Selecting your cake

There are many varieties of cake to choose from, and many couples prefer to "mix and match" several flavours.

*Fruit cakes - Traditional rich moist cake is becoming popular again, but light fruit cake and gluten free options are also available. 

There are many varieties of mud cake to choose from, all rich, moist and delicious!  These can also be gluten free, and the flavours available are

*Chocolate, White, Caramel, Citrus (either Orange, Lemon or mixture), Marble, Choc/Hazelnut, Choc/Mint, Choc/Orange, Cherry Ripe.  Any of these cakes can be served with fruit and cream as a dessert option.

If you prefer something lighter, you could select an orange and poppy seed, lemon and poppy seed, or perhaps a carrot cake is more to your taste.

You may also provide your own recipe or cake to be iced and decorated.  Most dietary requirements can be catered for.

Delivery and setup service is available.

All cakes are individually designed, so prices will vary accordingly.
